WARRANTY

REPAIR OR REPLACE WARRANTY:

We offer a 2-year warranty on our physical product, valid from the moment you receive the parcel. If any part of the task trainer is damaged, whether due to a product fault or user error, we will replace or repair the damaged part at no charge. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight/delivery fees for the new/repaired part.

 

This warranty covers both the 3D-printed parts and silicone elements of the product. To be eligible for the warranty, you must provide us with the valid product code and a filled-out Part Damage Form. For some parts, we may require you to ship them back to us - we will let you know once we receive a Part Damage Form from you.

 

The lead time for repairs is 2 weeks and for new parts is 4 weeks from accepting the Part Damage Form or receiving the damaged parts, however, we will endeavor to expedite if possible. Multiple parts might take more than 4 weeks to repair/replace.

 

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the product purchase.

REFUNDS (only for physical products):

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and must not be damaged in any way. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that if the product is damaged or the return is initiated after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

UPDATES:

 

We are constantly striving to improve our products, and we may make small updates from time to time. If you have purchased one of our models and we have made improvements to some of its parts that are not included in your unit, you may request to have the updated elements sent to you free of charge. However, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight/delivery fees for the new parts. To request updated elements, please contact us at contact@decentsimulators.com.
